Description:

Blind flanges are also known as cover flanges, and are a round plate with bolt holes drilled into it. They are used to close off the end of piping systems and pressure vessel systems while still permitting easy access to the interior of a pipeline or pressure vessel once it has been sealed and needed to be reopened.
