Swage nipples are a forged pipe fitting generally made of carbon steel, stainless steel or alloy steel, and are used to connect pipes of two different diameters in a line. These pipe fittings are generally classified into concentric swag nipples and eccentric swage nipples. Concentric swage nipples connect 2 pipes with a center line in the same straight line, and are generally used on vertical pipes. Eccentric swage nipples are generally used on horizontal pipes.
